Refunds Policy

Introduction

This Refunds Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for the HostButler service provided by BUILDNICHE DIGITAL SERVICES LLP ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy is incorporated into and subject to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

1. Refunds Policy

1.1 No Automatic Refunds

  • We do not automatically provide refunds for subscription fees already paid.
  • Subscription fees are non-refundable except as specified in this policy or required by applicable law.

1.2 Subscription Upgrades

  • When upgrading to a higher-tier subscription plan, your current subscription will be terminated immediately.
  • We will calculate the prorated value of your unused subscription period based on the number of days remaining in your current billing cycle.
  • This prorated amount will be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
  • A new subscription at the upgraded plan rate will begin immediately, with its own billing cycle.

1.3 Exceptional Circumstances

  • In exceptional circumstances, we may consider refund requests outside of this policy on a case-by-case basis.
  • To request a refund consideration, please contact our support team at support.hostlabs@buildforniche.com with details of your situation.
  • Please include your account information, the reason for your refund request, and any relevant documentation.
  • Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.

1.4 Method of Refund

  • Any approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
  • Refunds may take 5-15 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.

1.5 Fraudulent Activity

  • We reserve the right to issue refunds and/or terminate accounts in cases of suspected fraudulent activity.
  • Refunds issued due to fraud investigations may be processed without prior notification.

2. Service Termination by HostButler

2.1 Termination for Cause

  • If we terminate your subscription for violation of our Terms and Conditions, no refund will be provided.

2.2 Service Discontinuation

  • In the unlikely event that HostButler ceases operations or discontinues the service entirely, we will provide:
  • At least 30 days' notice of service termination
  • Prorated refunds for any prepaid subscription periods beyond the termination date
